1. Booking and Payment<\/b><\/h4>\n

  • Full Payment Option:<\/b> Full payment is welcome and ensures your trip is confirmed without delay.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Deposit Option:<\/b> If full payment is not made at the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than <\/span>30 days before the trip start date.<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Non-Refundable Deposit:<\/b> Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable due to commitments made with our local partners.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Timely payment is essential to secure arrangements and provide you with a seamless travel experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Cancellations by You<\/b><\/h4>\n

    • 30 Days or More Before Departure:<\/b> Eligible for a refund of the remaining 50% of the payment.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Less Than 30 Days Before Departure:<\/b> Payments are non-refundable.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Cancellations or Changes by Coelle Travel<\/b><\/h4>\n

      • While rare, adjustments to itineraries may be necessary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, local conditions, or minimum group sizes not being met.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • In such cases, we will work closely with you to offer suitable alternatives or reschedule your trip when possible.<\/span><\/li>\n

        • These materials are shared with clients for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose without prior written consent.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Unauthorized sharing or commercial use of Coelle Travel\u2019s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. Your policy should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liability to ensure peace of mind during your travels.<\/span><\/p>\n
