Coelle Travel – Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • Full Payment Option: Full payment is welcome and ensures your trip is confirmed without delay.
  • Deposit Option: If full payment is not made at the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip start date.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable due to commitments made with our local partners.
  • Timely payment is essential to secure arrangements and provide you with a seamless travel experience.

2. Cancellations by You

  • 30 Days or More Before Departure: Eligible for a refund of the remaining 50% of the payment.
  • Less Than 30 Days Before Departure: Payments are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellations or Changes by Coelle Travel

  • While rare, adjustments to itineraries may be necessary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, local conditions, or minimum group sizes not being met.
  • In such cases, we will work closely with you to offer suitable alternatives or reschedule your trip when possible.
  • Your flexibility and understanding are greatly appreciated.

4. Protection of Intellectual Property

  • All itineraries, experiences, and materials provided by Coelle Travel are the intellectual property of Coelle Travel.
  • These materials are shared with clients for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized sharing or commercial use of Coelle Travel’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Inclusions and Exclusions

  1. Included: Accommodations, meals as listed in the itinerary, guided tours, cultural activities, and local transportation.
  2. Not Included: International flights, travel insurance, personal shopping expenses, and meals not specified in the itinerary.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. Your policy should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liability to ensure peace of mind during your travels.

7. Liability and Responsibility

  • Coelle Travel operates as a facilitator of cultural experiences and collaborates with trusted local partners. While we strive for excellence, we are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip.
  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and necessary health documentation for their journey.

8. Respect for Communities and Culture

  • Our itineraries involve close engagement with local communities. Travelers are expected to act respectfully toward the cultures, traditions, and environments they encounter.
  • Your thoughtful actions contribute to the trust and mutual respect we work to foster with our community partners.

9. Force Majeure

Coelle Travel cannot be held responsible for trip interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. In such cases, we will strive to provide alternative solutions or credits for future travel.

10. Changes to the Itinerary

  • We aim to deliver the itinerary as planned; however, adjustments may be made to ensure the best possible experience, considering local conditions.
